SHIPPING

 

Non-bespoke orders - such as existing originals -  are despatched within 1-3 working days.

In the majority of cases, I will be able to work to the clients deadline for bespoke commissions, but this will be discussed up front. 

UK Orders are posted either via Royal Mail Signed for, or via courier depending on size.

Non-bespoke orders outside the UK take between 5-10 days to arrive depending on where you are and postage is individually priced.

TRACKING

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation when the order is dispatched, this will include a tracking number an tracking url.

RETURNS

​

I do accept returns on non bespoke and original pieces. Please make sure it is in its original condition when returning and a full refund will be given. Postage costs will not be refunded however.
