This privacy policy provides you with details of how I collect and processes your personal data through this website www.georgialow.co.uk, including any information you may provide when purchasing a product through the site or when signing up to my newsletter. I am committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If you join for updates, your contact details will be stored with PowR, which I use to send all my promotional emails. My mailing list emails are sent through a secure permission-based email system called PowR.

ONLINE PURCHASE

To fulfil your purchase, you must provide me with information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a commission, for example), if you contact me directly. I use Wix, Stripe and Paypal to manage my shop orders and payments. These companies are Privacy Shield certified.

I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. In particular I collect it for the following reasons:

  • To fulfil your order. I may get in touch with you by email or phone if I have questions regarding your order (such as confirmation of personalisation details).

  • Internal record keeping.

  • I keep certain information as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate business interests and lawful obligations as a business.

  • I may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information I think you may find interesting using the email address you have provided. I will only do this if you have consented to receiving this information via my 'Join for Updates' form on this website. You can change your subscription preferences at any time by unsubscribing from my mailers or by contacting me.

Information about my client is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

  • To comply with UK tax law.

  • Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

The data will keep includes your order form, contact details and email correspondence regarding your order.
